Having Trouble Listening?

image

When I click listen to Flyer Radio a blank page is displayed.

RealPlayer may need to be installed or reconfigured.

To check if your player is configured correctly:

Open RealPlayer, go to the tools menu at the top of the player and select Preferences.  Then double click the Content tab and click Media Types below that tab if not already showing. Select the option to manually configure the file types.  Scroll down the list and make sure the Real Time Streaming Protocol box is checked. Additionally, you can select the “Universal Media Player” function on the previous screen to have all media types played through RealPlayer.

I have clicked the link and the player seems to be playing, but all I hear is silence.

It is a possible that your computer volume is turned down.  You can test your setup at the following link:

http://service.real.com/test/

If you hear the test link, then it is possible our station is off air. It might be a scheduled off air period or you can email the Flyer Radio President to report a problem.

I received a message that tells me the link does not exist.

It is possible our server went down. It's likely there is too much traffic from a high number of listeners. Wait a few minutes and try again.

Please email one of our staff members if the problem ensues.

Further Help

Connection problems could be caused by various other computer or network settings.  Firewall programs, software which blocks some services from reaching the internet, can often interfere with connections.
